Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Pharmazone, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical sites from initiation through close-out.
- Conduct and document qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Manage Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs).
- Oversee site training, system access, and compliance monitoring via CTMS, EDC, and TMF.
- Monitor site performance, data quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support patient recruitment and proactively resolve site-level challenges.
- Ensure timely CRF/SAE reporting, payment reconciliation, IP accountability, and deviation tracking.
- Maintain audit and inspection readiness across assigned clinical sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in clinical trials.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in CTMS, EDC, and TMF systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
