CliniResource, a fast-growing name in drug safety and clinical solutions, is now hiring a Pharmacovigilance Team Lead/SME/Associate Manager for its New Delhi office.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 3–5 years of end-to-end pharmacovigilance experience who are ready to step into a leadership role.
If you have expertise across multiple PV functions—not just ICSR—and want to return after a career break or advance your PV career, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the pharmacovigilance project teams.
- Oversee full-scope pharmacovigilance operations beyond basic ICSR processing.
- Act as the PV domain Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ensure compliance with global safety regulations and SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality delivery.
- Support audits, inspections, and client interactions.
- Drive process improvements for enhanced PV efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on exposure to full-spectrum PV services
- Leadership or team-handling experience preferred
- Must be Delhi-based and able to work on-site
- Candidates with only ICSR experience are not eligible
