Key Responsibilities – Production Specialist L1 (PV)
- Provide operational and technical support to Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety processes
- Manage PV-related client queries via email and calls within defined SLAs
- Track, document, and resolve safety process issues using internal systems
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and compliance documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service agreements
- Escalate critical PV issues to team leaders when required
- Support productivity tracking and availability updates in internal systems
- Assist in knowledge base maintenance and trend analysis for recurring PV issues
- Participate in PV product and process trainings for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety
- Exposure to PV operations, case workflow support, or safety systems
- Knowledge of PV lifecycle, regulatory timelines, and compliance basics
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing, SLA-driven environment
Preferred Background
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Life Sciences), or equivalent
- Experience with Argus / ARISg / safety databases is an advantage
- Prior experience in PV BPO/KPO environments preferred
