Medical Information Roles
- Respond to medical information queries from healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Perform literature search and scientific data analysis
- Provide accurate, balanced, and timely medical responses
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards
- Maintain documentation and reporting systems
Client Manager Roles
- Manage client relationships and communication
- Oversee medical information service delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure SLA adherence and quality metrics
- Drive process improvements and client satisfaction
๐ Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc, M.Sc, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Clinical Research preferred
- Strong communication and scientific writing skills
- Ability to work in US shift environment
