Key Responsibilities – MICC / Pharmacovigilance Role
- Respond to medical information queries from HCPs, patients, and internal stakeholders via calls and emails
- Deliver accurate, compliant, and scientifically balanced responses
- Document and track inquiries in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, audit readiness, compliance, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in a global pharma environment
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
- MSc / BSc (Life Sciences)
Experience & Skills
- Experience in Medical Information, MICC, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Voice Process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and quality systems
- Exposure to global clients or international processes is an added advantage
