Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Signal Management
- Processing and evaluation of Signals of Disproportionate Reporting (SDRs)
- Performing causality assessments of unexpected adverse event cases
- Drafting molecule-specific Signal Evaluation Reports
- Preparing signal inputs for:
- ADCOs
- PSURs / PBRERs
- Safety Evaluation Reports
- Conducting quality review of signal-related documentation
2. Aggregate Reporting
- Medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for periodic reports
- Ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs, global guidelines, and regulatory standards
3. Documentation & Tracking
- Managing archival of assigned safety documents
- Maintaining and updating Signal and PSUR trackers
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- UG: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Any Specialization
- PG: MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) – Any Specialization
Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
- Strong expertise in:
- Signal management
- Aggregate safety reports (PSUR, PBRER)
- Safety evaluation and regulatory documentation
- Knowledge of global PV regulations and guidelines
- High attention to detail and quality compliance
