Job Description: PV Solutions Analyst – RFX & Proposals
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end pharmacovigilance operating models for RFX responses and client proposals.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PV, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, regulatory, technology, and commercial) to develop scalable and cost-effective PV solutions.
- Develop effort and cost estimation models to support pricing strategies.
- Review and refine RFX responses, proposals, and client presentations for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence to enhance proposal strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or PV operations, with exposure to RFX/proposal processes.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of PV systems (Oracle Argus, ArisG, Veeva PV) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Preferred: Experience in client-facing roles, proposal writing, or business development in PV.
