Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this pharmacovigilance fresher role will work on global safety case processing and drug safety monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
• Identification and creation of safety cases in the Global Safety Database from intake workflow, mailbox, and electronic gateway sources
• Retrieval of incoming safety reports and follow-up correspondence for existing ICSR cases
• Triage and prioritization of serious and non-serious adverse event reports
• Data entry and case processing in pharmacovigilance safety databases
• Ensuring compliance with client SOPs, pharmacovigilance regulations, and global regulatory requirements
• Submission and follow-up of safety cases according to regulatory timelines
• Maintaining data accuracy and documentation quality in drug safety workflows
