Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve daily data processing issues related to adverse event case transmissions.
- Troubleshoot system and data reconciliation problems, working with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth data flow.
- Maintain documentation of recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track system performance and file flow metrics.
- Conduct testing and validation of system updates, patches, and new deployments.
- Automate repetitive testing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with KCI metrics for data integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (0-3 years exp.) or Diploma (4-7 years exp.) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems.
Preferred Skills:
✅ Must-Have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data transfer processes and troubleshooting delays.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies & QA best practices.
- Familiarity with system validation.
✅ Good-to-Have:
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance systems.
- Knowledge of Signal & Risk Management platforms.
- Basic understanding of Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in evening/night shifts as per business needs.
