Job Description: Pharmacovigilance Assistant (Freshers)
Department: ICSR Management
Location: Pune, India
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, tracking, and filing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Acknowledging safety messages and ensuring timely processing.
- Submitting and tracking periodic safety reports.
- Maintaining document archives and preparing final layouts.
- Supporting pharmacovigilance teams with administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 level – written & verbal).
- Basic IT proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
