🧾 Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure dispensing, storage, and handling of medicines as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act
  • Verify prescriptions, product details, batch number, and expiry date
  • Maintain pharmacy licenses, registers, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor cold-chain storage for temperature-sensitive products
  • Manage near-expiry, expired, and damaged stock

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory in ERP/WMS systems
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Track GRN, batch numbers, expiry dates, and serial numbers
  • Optimize warehouse layout for compliance and efficiency

Order Fulfillment & Coordination

  • Ensure accurate and timely order dispatch
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer support teams
  • Manage returns, replacements, and reverse logistics

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Implement SOPs for pharmacy and warehouse operations
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections
  • Identify gaps and recommend process improvements

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • B.Pharm or D.Pharm (Mandatory)
  • Registered Pharmacist with State Pharmacy Council
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations and/or warehouse management

💡 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong pharmaceutical storage and compliance knowledge
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
