As a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, your core duties will include:

- Product Promotion: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Distribution Management: Collect stock statements and orders from distributors, following company sales policies.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Monitor competitor activities, track market trends, and provide insights for business growth.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to ethical, regulatory, and company standards in all sales and promotional activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales volume achieved (% of target)
- Number of daily calls/visits (Target vs. Actual)

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-1 year in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (freshers can apply)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory)
