Job Description
Novartis is seeking an Associate Analyst – Analytics for its International Business Analytics (BA) team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing analytical support on high-complexity reports, interpreting commercial data, and identifying trends to aid business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
โ Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and ETL tools.
โ Support standardization of reports across brands and ensure data accuracy.
โ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
โ Stay updated on industry trends to advise on business growth strategies.
โ Document processes, maintain SOPs, and ensure high-quality outputs.
Essential Requirements:

Education: MBA / Graduate or Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Marketing / Statistics.

Experience: 0-2 years in data analytics, preferably in pharma or market research.

Technical Skills:
- Must Have:ย MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, ETL tools (Alteryx, DataIKU).
- Good to Have:ย Python, R, Snowflake, Statistical Modeling, AI/ML.
โ ย Soft Skills:ย Strong analytical mindset, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving.
