Job Description
Novartis is seeking an Associate Analyst – Analytics for its International Business Analytics (BA) team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing analytical support on high-complexity reports, interpreting commercial data, and identifying trends to aid business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
✔ Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and ETL tools.
✔ Support standardization of reports across brands and ensure data accuracy.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends to advise on business growth strategies.
✔ Document processes, maintain SOPs, and ensure high-quality outputs.
Essential Requirements:
✅ Education: MBA / Graduate or Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Marketing / Statistics.
✅ Experience: 0-2 years in data analytics, preferably in pharma or market research.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Must Have: MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, ETL tools (Alteryx, DataIKU).
- Good to Have: Python, R, Snowflake, Statistical Modeling, AI/ML.
✅ Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare data (preferred).
