Role: Clinical Pharmacologist

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or equivalent
- Post-doctoral fellowship or clinical pharmacy experience
- Certification in hospital/clinical pharmacy (preferred)
- Registered with the Pharmacy Council of India
Experience:
- 3-5 years of post-doctoral clinical pharmacy experience
- Involvement in:
- Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) Monitoring
- Pharmacovigilance Reporting
- Medication Reconciliation and Counseling
- NABH Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance
Age Limit:
Up to 35 years
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and document adverse drug reactions (ADRs)
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities and regulatory reporting
- Provide direct patient care services (drug info, counseling)
- Assist medical teams in optimizing therapeutic outcomes
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
