Key Responsibilities
- Develop, reuse, and adapt medical content documents across multiple formats and communication channels
- Review and edit medical deliverables in compliance with internal SOPs, external guidelines, and anti-plagiarism standards
- Ensure accurate referencing, factual integrity, and clarity in scientific and medical documents
- Tailor medical writing style for specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and consumer audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and external agencies
- Coordinate with team members to ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Conduct quality control (QC) assessments of assigned deliverables
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Communicate project progress and risks under supervision of the line manager
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related discipline
- Experience in medical communications, medical writing, scientific editing, or healthcare content development
- Strong understanding of medical compliance, referencing standards, and publication ethics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix and cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with SOP-driven documentation and quality review processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, or medical communication agencies
- Knowledge of consumer health communication and omnichannel medical content
- Strong attention to detail and editorial review skills
