Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing Experience Operators
- Operate advanced production equipment, including vial filling, washing, capping, sealing, compounding, terminal sterilization, and stopper processing for injectables.
- Ensure compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
Manufacturing Supervisors
- Oversee upstream and downstream manufacturing processes for injectables.
- Lead and manage teams in a USFDA-regulated environment, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Implement cGMP standards and drive continuous process improvements.
- Make strategic decisions to optimize production and resolve operational challenges.
Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
- Develop and execute equipment reliability plans with cross-functional teams.
- Initiate, participate in, and review preventive and corrective work orders.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment losses, root causes, and action plans.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Manufacturing Experience Operators
- Diploma or B.Sc in a relevant field.
- 2-6 years of experience in manufacturing injectables.
- Proficiency in operating production equipment (e.g., vial filling, sealing, compounding).
- Knowledge of cGMP and safety protocols.
Manufacturing Supervisors
- M.Pharmacy/M.Sc (full-time) with 6-10 years of experience, or B.Pharmacy with 8-12 years in manufacturing injectables.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Expertise in USFDA-regulated manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making capabilities.
Senior Equipment Specialists
- B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized institution.
- 6-10 years of experience in Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Cosmetics industries.
- Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
- Ability to collaborate and document effectively.
