Key Responsibilities – Associate Imaging Research Specialist
Portfolio, Programme & Project Support
- Assist in compiling portfolio, programme, and project management reports
- Maintain project and programme files using actual and forecast data
Database Administration
- Support database administration and maintenance activities
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
Assurance & Quality Compliance
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance assessments
- Examine records for quality control and regulatory compliance
- Identify non-compliances, deviations, and abnormal occurrences
Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update knowledge management databases
- Capture, classify, and manage specialized content
Customer Service Support
- Respond to routine service requests and stakeholder queries
- Allocate unresolved requests and maintain service records
Other Duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiology, or related discipline
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in regulated environments
- Exposure to the life sciences or clinical research sector
- Prior experience in a similar or related role preferred
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude
