As a Peptides Production Trainee, you will undergo hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and manufacturing processes while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in peptide synthesis following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
✔ Prepare reagents, solutions, and equipment for production.
✔ Learn purification techniques (HPLC, chromatography, filtration).
✔ Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
✔ Support process improvements and report equipment issues.
✔ Participate in training and skill development programs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Masters/Bachelors in Chemistry or related field.

Job Description
This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, WHO-GMP) and maintaining food safety & quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare APQR (Annual Product Quality Review) and review batch records.
✔ Handle customer complaints, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
✔ Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSSC 22000, FAMI-QS, and WHO-GMP standards.
✔ Review SOPs, manufacturing records, and test methods.
✔ Assist in internal & external audits and regulatory inspections.
✔ Maintain data integrity and hygiene/sanitation programs.
✔ Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ M.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
✅ Experience in quality assurance, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 111).
✅ Strong analytical and documentation skills.
✅ Ability to manage audits and customer queries.
