This Trainee-Product Development/Project Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end drug development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the complete product development lifecycle—from R&D initiation to process validation and dossier preparation.
- Support in evaluating and finalizing API vendors based on quality, cost, and compliance factors.
- Ensure timely procurement of APIs, excipients, and Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs) for R&D and bioequivalence (BE) studies.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Supply Chain, and Production teams to meet project requirements.
- Work with patent consultants for literature reviews and IP assessments.
- Liaise with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for BE study documentation.
- Track procurement schedules for materials needed in process validation batches.
- Maintain project documentation and monitor action items for timely completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor’s in Pharmacy)
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior internship/training in pharma product development or project coordination is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products (OSD segment preferred).
