Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- IPQA, Validation, Qualification, QMS, Batch release, Documentation (BMR/BPR)
- Handling audits and regulatory compliance
Quality Control (QC)
- Testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products & stability samples
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc. (for experienced)
- Microbiological testing
Production
- Manufacturing & filling of ointments, creams, gels
- Operation of planetary mixer, tube filling, ointment plant
- Line clearance & process adherence
Utility Engineering
- Maintenance of HVAC, boiler, compressor, RO/DM plant
- Preventive maintenance & breakdown handling
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / ITI / Diploma / BE
- Candidates from WHO-GMP / USFDA / Schedule-M units preferred
