Job Responsibilities
As part of Paushak Limited’s R&D or ADL teams, you will:
- Conduct synthesis and process development for novel chemical entities.
- Perform analytical method development and validation using techniques like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS.
- Execute feasibility studies and Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and project tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in pharmaceutical chemistry.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all laboratory activities.
Qualifications and Skills
We’re seeking candidates with the following:
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry; PhD preferred for senior roles.
- Experience:
- Research Associate (R&D): 2–8 years in organic synthesis.
- Research Scientist (R&D): 8–15 years in process development.
- Executive/Sr. Executive (ADL): 2–8 years in analytical techniques.
- Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager (ADL): 8–15 years in method development.
- Skills: Expertise in HPLC, GC, GC-MS, DOE, and documentation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Innovative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
