Administrative & Case Processing

  • Triage incoming safety reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform data entry in safety databases
  • Handle case assignment, reconciliation, and tracking (WIP)
  • Generate line listings and tabulations for safety reports
  • Manage follow-ups via email/phone for missing case information

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Assist in regulatory reporting to health authorities and ethics committees
  • Support submission of safety reports to investigators
  • Maintain compliance metrics and reporting timelines
  • Help register systems for electronic safety reporting

Project & Operational Support

  • Maintain Central Files Maintenance Plan (CFMP)
  • Assist in project documentation, archiving, and audits
  • Prepare project plans (risk, communication, quality)
  • Support training coordination and documentation
  • Work closely with Patient Safety Leads and Medical Directors

Education

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacovigilance basics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication (written & verbal)
  • Familiarity with clinical databases and MS Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
