IntegriChain, a global leader in life sciences market access and patient data analytics, is hiring a Patient Data Steward for its Pune office. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with strong SQL, Excel, and data investigation skills, who are interested in patient journey analytics and pharmaceutical data stewardship.

Key Responsibilities – Patient Data Steward
- Monitor, investigate, and remediate patient data incidents within defined SLAs
- Perform patient matching and patient journey analysis using tokenized data
- Communicate with pharma manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams
- Log and manage data issues using JIRA and ticketing tools
- Analyze and manipulate datasets using SQL, MS Excel, and Python
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient data stewardship programs
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Excel
- Working knowledge of Python (preferred); Power BI is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with an investigative and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Interest in complex healthcare data systems and continuous learning
