Key Responsibilities
As a Patent Associate – Life Sciences, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing biological sequence listings
- Performing patent legal status monitoring (US & Europe)
- Understanding US and EP patent prosecution lifecycle
- Conducting basic patent analysis based on technology criteria
- Updating patent legal status using global patent databases
- Performing non-patent literature (NPL) searches
- Identifying life sciences products, recent company news, and litigation cases
- Extracting and summarizing key litigation information
- Supporting team members in report preparation
- Maintaining project trackers and documentation
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates applying for this life sciences patent associate job should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech
- M.E. / M.Tech
- M.Sc. / M.S. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biosciences)
- M.Pharm
- Experience:
