๐ Key Responsibilities
1. Project Initiation Management
- Set up project tools and documentation (Project Management Plan, SOPs, team lists)
- Coordinate project-specific training via LMS
- Assist in schedule and resource planning with Project Lead
- Support development of structured project management plans
2. Project Execution & Control
- Track project progress and highlight risks/issues
- Maintain schedules and update resource allocation
- Prepare dashboards and monthly reports
- Manage project documentation and databases
- Support Project Lead using tools like MS Excel, Word, and internal systems
3. Project Meeting Coordination
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Track action items and ensure follow-ups
- Facilitate team communication across functions
4. Financial Management
- Track project budgets and time utilization
- Review TIME reports vs allocated budgets
- Process invoices and consultant payments
- Handle pass-through cost tracking
5. Project Closure
- Ensure proper document archiving
- Close project systems post-completion
- Support final deliverables handover to sponsors
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc, MSc, etc.)
- PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 0โ3 years in clinical research, project coordination, or healthcare analytics
Core Skills
- Basic project management and planning
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Financial awareness (budget tracking)
- Risk identification and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
