Job Responsibilities
As a QA Executive at Panacea Biotec, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and quality in OSD manufacturing. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing the annual equipment qualification planner aligned with the validation master plan.
- Developing planners for HVAC, compressed air, and cleaning validation effectiveness.
- Creating protocols for qualifying newly procured or transferred equipment.
- Drafting and executing re-qualification protocols for HVAC systems.
- Conducting cleaning validation and verification processes.
- Preparing and reviewing cleaning assessment reports, process validation protocols, and hold time protocols.
- Authoring and ensuring compliance with validation-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Reviewing monthly equipment and calibration planner reports.
- Executing temperature mapping protocols and water trend analyses.
- Preparing and reviewing risk assessment reports.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications

- Experience: 5-9 years of hands-on experience in validation and qualification activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).
