Job Responsibilities
Production (OSD) – Officer/Sr. Officer (Granulation/Compression/Coating)
- Operate and monitor granulation, compression, and coating processes in compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and USFDA standards.
- Maintain production records and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
Production (OSD) – Operator
- Assist in operating machinery for granulation, compression, and coating.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support Officers in achieving production goals.
Quality Control (FG) – Officer/Sr. Officer
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods (FG) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other lab equipment.
- Document test results and report deviations to supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
Qualifications
Officer/Sr. Officer (Production & Quality Control)
- Education: B.Pharma or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-7 years in pharmaceutical production (OSD) or 1-5 years in quality control (FG).
- Skills: Knowledge of GMP, USFDA regulations, and analytical testing (for QC roles).
Operator (Production)
- Education: 12th pass or ITI certification.
