Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end case processing for ICSR in compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Conduct triage, data entry, coding (MedDRA, WHO-DD), and narrative writing.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, ICH-E2A/E2B, US FDA, EMA, and other global regulations.
- Perform quality checks and reconciliation activities on safety data.
- Support signal detection, case follow-ups, and regulatory reporting timelines.
- Maintain data integrity and audit readiness across pharmacovigilance systems.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance operations.
- Strong knowledge of ICSR processing, global safety databases, and regulatory guidelines.
- Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
