Roles & Responsibilities
As an Officer in Non-Sterile Production, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day production activities in the non-sterile production department.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring batch production, process parameters, and quality control checks.
- Coordinating with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining safety protocols.
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of production records and reports.
- Contributing to process improvements and yield optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical production, preferably in non-sterile manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and safety norms.
