Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role but generally include:
- Engineer (Utilities & Pharma Machinery): Maintenance and operation of utilities and pharmaceutical machinery, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Warehouse: Managing inventory, material handling, dispatch, FIFO compliance, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- QA: Documentation review, in-process checks, IPQA activities, and ensuring quality standards during manufacturing.
- QC: Testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; stability studies and analytical instrumentation handling.
- Interns (MBA/M.Pharma): Supporting marketing/sales strategies, market research, or formulation/development activities under guidance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical with 2-3 years in pharma utilities/machinery.
- Warehouse: Graduate with 2-3 years in pharma warehouse operations.
- QA: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc with 0-1 years (freshers welcome).
- QC: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc with 2-5 years in QC testing.
- Interns: Pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing/Sales) or M.Pharma.
Candidates should have good communication skills, knowledge of GMP/GLP, and a willingness to learn.
