🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel
- Analyze Denial, Payment, and Open AR trends by payer and site
- Perform data-level root cause analysis (RCA) to improve operational efficiency
- Customize operational and strategic reports based on project and client requirements
- Identify and support automation opportunities using analytics tools
- Share regular status updates and insights with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Optum’s policies and operational directives
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree
- Experience in Reporting and Data Analytics
- Strong hands-on skills in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
- Comfortable with hybrid / office-based work

- Prior understanding of US Healthcare systems, billing, AR, or payer analytics
