✔ Code inpatient/outpatient medical records using ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes with 95%+ accuracy.
✔ Abstract and index medical data for hospital statistics and reimbursement.
✔ Meet departmental productivity standards for coding efficiency.
✔ Participate in coding training and meetings to maintain expertise.
✔ Collaborate with hospital staff and attend conference calls as needed.
✔ Adhere to company policies, including flexible work arrangements.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Graduate in any discipline.
✅ Certification: Must have AAPC or AHIMA certification (CPC, CCS, CIC, or COC).
✅ Experience:
- Freshers (0-2 years): G23 Level
- Experienced (3-5 years): G24 Level
✅ Proof of certification (valid ID) required during the hiring process.
