As an Operations Specialist 1 (Pharmacovigilance), your role will involve ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality safety data management.

- Review, process, and track safety data and adverse event information.
- Perform Pharmacovigilance activities including AE collection, case entry, coding, and narrative writing.
- Maintain compliance with global regulatory standards, SOPs, and project timelines.
- Support quality assurance and productivity targets.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Project Management).
- Participate in client communications and project meetings.
- Lead or support departmental initiatives.
- Train and mentor new team members when assigned.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills
