🧪 Key Responsibilities
As an Operation Specialist – Pharmacovigilance, you will:
- Process ICSR safety cases in safety databases and manage regulatory submission activities.
- Complete all assigned trainings as per timelines.
- Handle safety data in compliance with global regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
- Perform end-to-end Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, including:
- Collecting and tracking Adverse Events (AEs)
- Determining initial/update case status
- Coding AEs and products
- Writing high-quality narratives
- Performing literature surveillance
- Maintain productivity and quality standards across all project tasks.
- Support compliance with project processes and documentation.
- Create and track safety cases as per project plans.
- Identify quality issues and escalate appropriately.
- Mentor new team members when assigned.
- Participate in project meetings and provide actionable updates.
- Ensure 100% adherence to organizational people practices.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (mandatory).
- Experience in ICSR case processing, coding, narratives, and literature review.
