Roles & Responsibilities
As a Data Research Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights for healthcare projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting development of project protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs)
- Performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes on real-world datasets
- Conducting data cleaning, preparation, and validation
- Performing statistical analysis as per study protocols
- Generating descriptive and summary statistics independently
- Assisting in regression modeling and inferential statistical analysis
- Creating data visualizations and presenting findings to scientific teams
- Supporting report writing, quality checks, and documentation
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Health Data Science
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
- Or a related field
Skills & Experience
- Experience in healthcare research or clinical data analysis (preferred)
- Proficiency in R programming (Tidyverse preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases
- Understanding of real-world data sources:
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Claims databases
- Registries
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods:
- Regression modeling
- Longitudinal data analysis
- Data visualization
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
