Key Responsibilities:
Study Start-Up & Documentation
- Review and analyze study protocols related to imaging requirements.
- Develop and finalize Site Manuals, compliance reports (CRs), and source documents.
- Prepare Protocol Amendment Impact Forms (PAIFs), Notes to File (NTFs), and Deviation Reports.
- Manage MedComm web pages for easy access by internal teams.
Clinical Study Document Management
- Maintain the MedComm database and track document progress.
- Provide guidance to project teams on medical writing standards.
- Update and refine document templates as needed.
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update them as required.
- Ensure high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Participate in training programs to enhance medical writing skills.
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on latest response criteria and industry trends.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Pharmacy, etc.).
- 1+ years of medical writing experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical/imaging research is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical & clinical trial terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
