Requirements:
- Education: Open to Doctors (Medicos), including BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD.
- Experience: 0-5 years in either clinical or non-clinical roles.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Curation
- Perform complex data abstraction and entry tasks.
- Maintain high-level medical knowledge and terminology.
- Demonstrate expertise in electronic medical records and data capture systems.
- Quality Assurance
- Maintain a minimum accuracy level of >95%.
- Review and reconcile feedback from Quality Analysts.
- Participate in quarterly Inter-rater Reliability (IRR) sessions.
- Special Projects
- Lead or actively participate in client-specific projects.
- Security Responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data security protocols.
