About the Job
We are hiring Trainee Medical Reviewers to join our Oncology department in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with a focus on reviewing and abstracting clinical data to improve cancer patient care and standardization of treatment.
Responsibilities in the Job
As a Trainee Medical Reviewer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing patient medical records.
- Abstracting clinical data as per required data elements, including genetic test results, chemo drug responses, disease clinical status, and lab values.
- Interpreting oncology-related data to support treatment standardization and quality-of-life improvements for cancer patients.
- Ensuring data abstraction aligns with the specific requirements for different cancer types.
- Collaborating with supervisors to adopt best practices and contribute effectively to the team’s efficiency.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, you must possess one of the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- B.Sc. in Nursing
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Any other relevant degree from a recognized university
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience, including in clinical research organizations, are encouraged to apply.
