Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates in these roles will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in pharmaceutical production. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and sterility assurance (Microbiology roles).
  • Managing quality assurance processes, including pharmacovigilance, change validation, QMS, risk assessment, documentation, and equipment qualification (QA roles).
  • Ensuring adherence to cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
  • Conducting audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with production and other departments for seamless operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant degrees in Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Science as specified for each position.
  • Hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in injectables or similar regulated setups.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.) and analytical skills.
  • Excellent documentation practices and problem-solving abilities.

Salary, Benefits, and How to Apply

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, typically ranging from INR 4-12 lakhs per annum depending on the role and expertise (e.g., entry-level officers: INR 4-6 LPA; managerial roles: INR 10-12 LPA or higher).
