Contractual Pharmacist (03 Nos.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 in Science stream from a Government-recognized Board/University.
- Two (2) years Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Must be registered with the Assam Pharmacy Council and possess a valid professional Pharmacist License.
- Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years of post-qualification relevant work experience as a Pharmacist.
- Age Limit (as of the date of registration):
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum:
- General: 40 years
- OBC (NCL): 43 years
- SC/ST: 45 years
Contractual Emolument:
- Fixed Emolument: ₹24,960 per month (inclusive of paid leave and holidays).
- Variable Emolument: ₹960 per day for each working day.
Selection Procedure:
- Walk-in Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment Details:
- Date of Registration: 20/01/2025
- Timing: 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
- Venue: Occupational Health Centre, OIL Hospital, Duliajan.
- Note: Candidates must register during the specified time. Late registrations will not be accepted.
- Evaluation Criteria:
- Minimum pass marks: 50%.
- Final selection will be based on merit as per marks obtained in the Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment.
Documents Required for Registration:
- Recent passport-sized photograph (3 cm x 3 cm).
- Original and self-attested photocopies of:
- Identity and Address Proof.
- Admit Card, Marksheet, and Pass Certificate of Class 10.
- Diploma in Pharmacy Certificate and relevant experience certificate.
- Valid Assam Pharmacy Council License.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Income and Asset Certificate for EWS candidates (if applicable).
- Disability Certificate (if applicable).
- No Objection Certificate from the current employer (if applicable).
Terms and Conditions:
- Engagement will be purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of six (6) months, extendable up to 24 months based on requirements, performance, and fitness.
- Candidates must arrange their travel and accommodation for the selection process.
- False declarations or misbehavior during the process will result in disqualification and potential criminal action.
