About the Role: Officer – PD Lab
The Officer – PD Lab position focuses on supporting the end-to-end development and scale-up of agrochemical formulations. You will work in a dynamic lab environment, ensuring smooth transitions from lab-scale experiments to production manufacturing while adhering to strict regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Handle equipment safely and efficiently in a lab setting.
- Manage scale-up of projects from laboratory to production scale.
- Prepare presentations, compile experimental data, technical reports, and support documentation for scale-up to manufacturing.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with agrochemical formulation regulations and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in agrochemical formulation development or related laboratory work.

- Familiarity with agrochemical manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements.
