Job Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist, you will:
- Assist Project Managers with project deliverables, cost control & risk management.
- Set up and maintain project plans, study timelines, and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with regional Clinical Support teams for regional study activities.
- Support team operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project execution.
- Manage multiple databases and operational tracking systems.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with project processes.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- Graduation in Clinical/Life Sciences or related field.
- 1–2 years of clinical research experience, preferably in a CRO, pharma, or healthcare setting.
- CTA experience highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible team player mindset.
