Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate at Novotech, you will:

- Perform accurate data entry of clinical trial data using CDM software.
- Support in reviewing and resolving data queries with sponsor/monitoring staff.
- Track CRF pages, data queries, and study documentation.
- Assist with database testing, edit checks, and data cleaning.
- Participate in data validation, reconciliation, and coding activities.
- Generate reports, listings, and outputs as required.
- Provide administrative and project support to Clinical Data Managers (CDMs).
- Maintain effective communication with lead CDMs and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and compliance with ICH-GCP and Novotech SOPs.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate in clinical, life sciences, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in research, pharmaceutical industry, or related fields.
- Knowledge of clinical data management processes, GCDMP guidelines, and ICH-GCP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
