🔬 Position 1: Senior Research Associate – Technical Service FBB India
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Food & Protein industry deliverables across projects.
- Independently manage medium-complexity lab tasks and guide interns/associates.
- Ensure systematic documentation, data quality, and timely reporting.
- Plan and optimize brewing lab work and resources.
- Support scale-up trials, vendor coordination, and equipment procurement.
- Train channel partners (distributors, formulators) and lab team members.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences.
- 4+ years’ experience in protein/plant extraction industry.
- Strong analytical skills, method development, and independent data handling.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability.
🗂 Position 2: Associate – Master Data
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and manage material master data in SAP ERP/S4 HANA/MDG.
- Monitor master data quality across regions and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with supply, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Extract/analyze data using SAP, AAO, Excel, MS Access.
- Ensure SOP compliance and train backups for continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce.
- 2–5 years’ experience with SAP ERP/MDG (transactional experience required).
- Strong MS Excel & data modeling skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
