Role Overview
As a Product Specialist / Senior Product Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting Novo Nordiskโs cardiometabolic portfolio and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key doctors and stakeholders to implement marketing strategies within your territory.
- Conduct scientific product discussions with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions.
- Achieve sales KPIs including call averages, coverage, sales targets, and frequency.
- Coordinate with C&FA agents and stockists to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Conduct prescription audits, territory analysis, and track competitor activities.
- Assist in segmentation of doctors and support territory-level sales planning.
- Organize CMEs and approved educational activities for healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely reporting and follow all administrative processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorโs degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (full-time).
- 1โ5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (diabetes domain preferred).
- Proven performance in achieving sales targets and building HCP relationships.
- Strong command over territory knowledge and stockist management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and solid understanding of business drivers.
