1. Intern – Master Data Management
Key Responsibilities
- Process master data tickets in compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Learn and develop insights using data tools and technologies.
- Maintain accurate master data attributes in SAP ERP systems.
- Support Pharma product lifecycle events and material master data processes.
- Ensure data quality, avoid duplication, and adhere to GxP compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in mandatory trainings and uphold Novartis values.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Data accuracy & right-first-time metrics.
- Timeliness in processing requests.
- Compliance with GMP and Novartis standards.
- Productivity and innovation in problem-solving.
Skills Required
- Learning agility and adaptability to change.
- Problem-solving & innovative mindset.
- Basic understanding of Pharma & Supply Chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Recent graduates (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Master’s students in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
2. Intern – Pharmaceutical Development
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing novel dosage form technologies.
- Conduct feasibility trials for new pharmaceutical processes.
- Analyze material properties and link them to process performance.
- Support process development and performance assessment.
- Build predictive models for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Present findings in internal meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Skills: Interest in formulation, pharmaceutical technology, and material sciences.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Minitab (advantageous).
- Language: English (German is a plus).
