Summary
As a Business Data Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in understanding business problems and applying integrated analytical approaches to mine data sources effectively. This role will involve using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to discover actionable insights, automate processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of various projects.
Major Accountabilities
- Translate Business Questions: Collaborate with team members to convert business inquiries into analytical problems and devise robust solutions using visualization techniques, machine/deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Data Management Techniques: Research and develop new methods, algorithms, and statistical models, providing insights into both structured and unstructured data.
- Tool Proficiency: Quickly learn and pilot various tools and analytical techniques needed to address critical business questions and improve existing processes.
- Innovative Methodology: Identify research articles that align with Novartis business challenges and apply innovative methodologies.
- Business Intelligence: Deliver understandable and actionable insights for key stakeholders using advanced analytics.

Minimum Requirements
Work Experience

Skills
