Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of clinical trials. You will monitor patient data, verify study-related documentation, and ensure adherence to research protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Act as the primary liaison between Novartis and clinical trial sites, ensuring smooth collaboration and milestone achievement.
✔ Conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), train site personnel, and perform continuous monitoring (onsite & remote).
✔ Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
✔ Identify and mitigate risks in site processes, improving efficiency and data quality.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams (CPM, CRA Manager, MSL, CRMA) to enhance recruitment and site performance.
✔ Maintain Investigator Site Files (ISF) and ensure timely data entry and query resolution.
✔ Support audit and inspection readiness activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial monitoring, GCP, and regulatory compliance.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in clinical monitoring, data integrity, and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
  • Strong decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
