📌 Key Responsibilities – Analyst Patient Oriented Program
As an Analyst – POP at Novartis, you will:
- Administer end-to-end Patient Oriented Program (POP) processes as per Doing Business Ethically (DBE) policy and POP SOPs
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including POP Champion, Procurement, Legal, Patient Safety, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
- Prepare, manage, and maintain POP documentation in the POP repository
- Obtain all required internal and external approvals for POP execution
- Manage External Service Provider (ESP) compliance checks prior to program initiation
- Update and maintain program data in the POPsys database
- Track critical POP milestones such as FPFC, LPLC, AER, periodic reviews, and closure
- Ensure no monitoring gaps and 100% documentation completeness
- Record and investigate quality issues (QI), perform root cause analysis, risk assessment, and implement CAPA
- Support internal and external audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, PV provisions, SQA, EPRM, and AE training requirements
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related disciplines
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Patient Oriented Programs (POP) and compliance frameworks
- Experience with SOPs, audits, CAPA, quality systems, and regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance processes and ESP onboarding
- Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict timelines
- Working knowledge of process documentation tools and compliance systems
