Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities)
- Assist Non-Clinical Toxicology Study Monitors with critical study activities.
- Maintain and update study-related documents for compliance.
- Support financial aspects (invoice approvals, purchase orders, budget tracking).
- Improve study processes to enhance efficiency and simplify workflows.
- Conduct QC checks on submission documents for accuracy.
- Gather and analyze study metrics for reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless study execution.
Qualifications & Experience Required
✅ Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Pharmacology, Toxicology, or related field.
✅ Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Experience in a GLP Toxicology lab (preferred).
- Strong project management & multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process improvement & efficiency optimization.
✅ Preferred Experience:
- Worked in multidisciplinary, global teams.
- Familiarity with CRO (Contract Research Organization) study management.
